Course Objectives This course aims to teach the students; the basic features of communication,; understand her/himself and the others and learn what to do to communicate effectively with people and patient
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • will be able to describe the basic structure and features of communication
  • will be able to describe the basic features of verbal and nonverbal communication
  • will be able to show effective verbal commication and listening skills
  • will be able to explain the importance of empathy
  • will be able to communicate effectively with patients and relatives of the patients
Course Description Introduction, Oral communication, verbal communication , Non-verbal communication, Body language , Gestures and facial expressions, Active Listening, Interpersonal communication and ethical principles, Communication with patient and relative’s patient, Follow-up film and discussion.
